I used to do your videos when I was in the military (24 years ago). Bones are little older now, but I just started about a month ago getting back to doing your videos. Today was the 1st time I was able to do the whole video without stopping. 🥰👏🏽🥳🙌🏾🥰👏🏽🥳

I absolutely love Billy Blanks, a decade old workout is still my go-to. I didn't love this one so much, it was more focused on upper body. Still a nice challenge though!

My cousin, who i started coming with, is now a Federal Law Enforcement instructor at FLETC in Georgia, and Phillip Elliot (who used to live with you in Erie) lives just down the road from him in Florida. Kenny Crenshaw was still teaching in Erie, as far as i knew when I last saw him 33 years ago. Jesse Mcintosh taught me for awhile about 39 years ago. I haven't seen him since, either. Miss those days. I'm retired and living in Mexico now. I have all your disks, and my much younger wife laughs at me while I stay healthy for her.
